What is tunnel pasteurization?
Tunnel pasteurization,it is kind of pasteuriser machine which specialized for the pasteurization of the already-packaged foods by creating the steam, it is perfect for pasteurization and industrial production of pasteurized foods such as fruit or vegetable juices, tomato juice, jams, pickles, preserves, sauces. Tunnel pasteurization uses multiple stages of heating foods and its packaging to target temperatures. Both are held for a predetermined amount of time to ensure microorganisms (micros) are killed.
