In the pre-article, we simply introduce three different method of pre-loading the pouch into the loading trail by U-Slot, and in the 3rd method, we had mentioned a device of stand up pouch equipment, which is “pouch storager”.

1-stepper motor

Its working principle is the same as the one of plastic cap elevator, let the chain of storager frame forward and cycle.

2-cylinder

Its working principle is the same as the one of packaging equipment stand up pouches loader, pushing the U-slot into the loading trail of pouch loader

3-Photocell device

Its working principle is the same as the one of capping detect device of stand up pouch equipment, by detecting the U-Slot, to instruct the next step

(1)U-Slot exist, pause the moving of storager frame chain

(2)No U-Slot, reload the moving of storager frame chain

4-Robot arm group

This is an Individual device to achieve a cycle action by the microcomputer: Pick up (U-Slot) ->forward to loading trail of pouch loader->retracement and empty U-Slot dropping.
