Basic information:
Our customer is come from northeast of China, one of famous nature fruit jam of northeast China Area.Spout pouch is theirs new packaging project, nowadays, they only launch one flavor of fruit jam, that is 1200mlred plum jam, to test the market feedback. They owned 1 plant for producing theirs fruit jam and the required production output is up to 20 ton/day.in future, if 1iter packaging red plum jam is successful, they will launch another flavor with 800ml and invest more sets of maquina doy pack
About the packing contents:
Red plum jamis a kind of high density liquid foods, compare with the water, its density is 1:1.25, with the little pulp and bad fluidity, applying to the breakfast bread.

The packaging style which customer applied to theirs red plum jam is corner spout doy pack, as 1.2liter packagingred plum jam is the new project, they plan to use the plain pouch(that is no printing), the information pouch material structure/thickness/dimension/spout size as below

1-As per customer’s daily production output and layout of workshop, equipping with 1 set of ZCX-3B maquina envasadora doy pack is enough, matching 3 pcs of filling peaks, the max production speed can be up to 2700 pouch/hour, if they need to launch another flavor of fruit jam with 800ml,this set of machine is also suitable.

5-Revision device of photoelectric sensors are installed in the machine, if plastic cap are jammed or no cap during the cap locking proces.it can timely alert operator to inspect and adjust the equipment in order to avoid the filling materials wasted off.
6-Assembling with air purifier, let whole the working area more safely and clean.
7- Equipped with the plastic cap elevator, achieving whole the production process full automatically and save more labor cost.
