This customer is the same one of Case 21th, in 2022, they purchase two more sets of packing machine for spout pouch, for theirs another two flavor yogurt production, as their production output is steady and built up another plant in another city, so two more sets is enough.
About the packing contents:
Yogurt is a kind of low density liquid foods, compare with the water, its density is 1:1.25, the China consumers group is focus in 3-10 year olds kids, After the hot filling, the packaging is required to be pasteurized between 70~80 Celsius degree.

The packaging style which customer applied to theirs yogurt is shaped doy pack with top spout,pouch shape and artwork is customized designed by their graphic designer, the information pouch material structure/thickness/dimension/spout size as below

How’s filling spout pouch?
1-As per theirs plant layout and filling speed of machine, equipping with 2 set of ZCX-5A is suitable, matching 5 pcs of filling peaks, the max production speed can be up to 7500 pouch/hour.High speed and high working efficiency.
2-As the plant of customer owned the CIP station, the spout pouch machines equipped with CIP clean system.Achieving whole the production process high hygiene level.
3-Equipped with the servo filling and capping system, the machine operator can adjust/set up the filling volume and the capping torque by touch screen
4-Revision device of photoelectric sensors are installed in the machine, if plastic cap are jammed or no cap during the cap locking proces.it can timely alert operator to inspect and adjust the equipment in order to avoid the filling materials wasted off.
