Basic information:
Our customer is a fruit juice manufacturer from USA, spout pouch packaging is theirs new project, nowadays, they only launch one flavor of fruit jelly, that is 250ml blueberry flavor fruit juice. They owned 1 plant for producing theirs fruit juice and the required production output is up to 4 ton/day.in future, they have the schedule to launch more flavors and different volume sucked jelly(≤300ml) and invest more sets of fitment pouch machine
About the packing contents:
Blueberry flavor fruit juice is a kind of low density liquid foods, compare with the water, its density is 1:1.05, After the hot filling, the packaging is required to be pasteurized between 75~85 Celsius degree.

The packaging style which customer applied to theirs blueberry flavor fruit juice is doypack with top spout, pouch shape and artwork is customized designed by their graphic designer, the information pouch material structure/thickness/dimension/spout size as below
