Our customer is a dairy manufacturer, spout pouch packaging is theirs new project, in 2021, they had launched 160ml mango milk shake. Nowadays(2022), they had built up another plant for producing theirs another flavor of milk shake(strawberry) and the required production output is still up to 11 ton/day.in coming future, they have the schedule to launch more flavors and different volume milk shake(≤300ml) and invest more sets of spout machine bag
About the packing contents:
Strawberry milk shakeis a kind of low density liquid foods, compare with the water, its density is 1:1.15, with a good fluidity, the China market consumers group is focus in≥10 year olds people in China, After the hot filling, the packaging is required to be pasteurized between 75~85 Celsius degree for 25mins.
