Basic information:
Our customer is a dairy foods manufacturer, spout pouch packaging is theirs new project, nowadays, they only launch one flavor of yogurt, that is 160ml original flavor yogurt. They owned 1 plant for producing theirs yogurt and the required production output is up to 9 ton/day.in future, they have the schedule to launch more flavors and different volume yogurt(≤300ml) and invest more sets of spout pouch filling capping machine
About the packing contents:
SYogurt is a kind of low density liquid foods, compare with the water, its density is 1:1.25, the China consumers group is focus in 3-10 year olds kids, After the hot filling, the packaging is required to be pasteurized between 70~80 Celsius degree.

The packaging style which customer applied to theirs yogurt is doypack with top spout, pouch shape and artwork is customized designed by their graphic designer, the information pouch material structure/thickness/dimension/spout size as below

1-As the customer’s plant layout and dairy production output, equipping with 1 set of ZCX-6B spout pouch packaging machines is enough, matching 6 pcs of filling peaks, the max production speed can be up to7500pouch/hour.High speed and high working efficiency.
2-As yogurt is a kind of high hygiene standard foods and the plant of customer owned the CIP station, so the spoutbag filling machine also required to equip with CIP clean system.
3-Equipped with the servo filling and capping system, the machine operator can adjust/set up the filling volume and the capping torque by touch screen
4-Revision device of photoelectric sensors are installed in the machine, If plastic cap are jammed or no cap during the cap locking proces.it can timely alert operator to inspect and adjust the equipment in order to avoid the filling materials wasted off.
5- Equipped with the plastic cap elevator, achieving whole the production process full automatically and save more labor cost.
