Our customer is amedicine productsmanufacturer in China, spout pouch packaging is theirs new project, nowadays, as the Covid-19 situation of China is serious. They owned 1 plant for producing theirs Syrup and the required production output is up to 8.5 ton/day.in future, they have the schedule to invest more sets of doypack packing machine
About the packing contents:
Syrup is a kind of high density and viscosity liquid foods, compare with the water, its density is 1:1.35, the China consumers group is focus in cough patient.
Packaging solution for packing contents:
The packaging style which customer applied to theirs syrup is 4-side sealed spout pouch, pouch shape and artwork is customized designed by their graphic designer, the information pouch material structure/thickness/dimension/spout size as below

5-Revision device of photoelectric sensors are installed in the machine, If plastic cap are jammed or no cap during the cap locking proces.it can timely alert operator to inspect and adjust the equipment in order to avoid the filling materials wasted off.
