Our customer is a jelly manufacturer, spout pouch packaging is theirs new project, nowadays, they only launch one flavor of sucked jelly, that is 50ml pear flavor sucked jelly. They owned 1 plant for producing theirs sucked jelly and the required production output is up to 8.5 ton/day.in future, they have the schedule to launch more flavors and different volume sucked jelly(≤300ml) and invest more sets of spout pouch machine
About the packing contents:
Sucked jelly is a kind of low density liquid foods, compare with the water, its density is 1:1.05, the China consumers group is focus in 3-10 year olds kids, the pear flavor sucked jelly included small pulp with a diameter between 0.3cm~0.4cm.After the hot filling, the packaging is required to be pasteurized between 75~85 Celsius degree.

4- Equipped with the plastic cap elevator, achieving whole the production process full automatically and save more labor cost.
5-Revision device of photoelectric sensors are installed in the machine, If plastic cap are jammed or no cap during the cap locking proces.it can timely alert operator to inspect and adjust the equipment in order to avoid the filling materials wasted off.
